Warranty

Ballerz Inc is an Authorized Dealer of all parts sold in store and online. When purchasing Wheels, Tires, or a Wheel and Tire Package, your purchase comes with the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Typically, this means for wheels – you have a one (1) year warranty on the finish of the wheel, and in most cases, a lifetime structural warranty. Although these do not cover the elements (ocean air) and other issues such as; improper cleaning of the wheels, or chemicals used on road surfaces during cold temperatures. However, you are covered for any manufacturer defects such as; paint peeling, or bubbling right out of the box, imperfections in the paint, and a few others. If you are not sure, simply give us a call to better explain your warranty coverage. Road hazard is not typically covered by most Wheel or Tire Manufacturers.
